In the talk a rather simple mathematical model of bounded ra- tionality which is inspired by the simulated annealing algorithm is presented. Having such a model we may measure the rationality of an agent with respect to some utility function. First we consider the problem of decision under un- certainty then an abstract definition of the cost of rationality and at the end we briefly consider the multiple target (utility) case and multiple agent games.
