Any constraints on the prior?
No constraints - no predictability! Garbage in, garbage out.
In this talk: two very natural constraints
1. Weak constraint / assumption (green): distribution is formally describable (otherwise we could not even write papers about our universe).
2. Stronger constraint / assumption (red) (later): universe is really deterministic & computed under temporal constraints ? Speed Prior: hard-to-compute futures less likely
