A new IDSIA technical report has been issued by Jürgen Schmidhuber. Following the great success of massive open online peer review (MOOR) for his 2015 survey of deep learning (now the most cited article ever published in the journal Neural Networks), this extended version of a June 2020 article is currently undergoing MOOR as well.
