The WeTechTogether conference, organized by Techface, took place in Zurich on 30.09-01.10 2022.

Several highly-ranked position women coming from big Swiss companies talked about their careers in tech and gave advice on professional growth.

The event featured different workshops enclosing different topics like leadership, soft skills, but also discussing more technical aspects and pointing out some practical tools. In particular, the ethical AI workshop brought up hands-on methods to implement fairness in AI-solutions utilizing data with sensitive attributes.

The event promoted networking and also created a
space for female entrepreneurs to talk about their struggles and success stories in tech, which are relatable and inspirational in a field where women are still a minority.
